Norwalk’s finest take to the courts with campers

NORWALK -

Some of Norwalk's finest took to the courts to build better relationships with the city's young people.

Officers lobbed some balls with campers at the Grassroots Tennis Camp.

Organizers say it's a great way for the kids and police to break down barriers that lead to mistrust.

More than 50 campers will participate in the camp for the next six weeks.

The Norwalk PAL has supported the camp for the past 15 years.
