Hamden dentist's dance moves go viral

HAMDEN -

Video of a dancing dentist who practices in Hamden has gone viral.

Dr. Kevin D'Andrea can be seen in a Facebook video dancing to the Drake song "In My Feelings," as part of the latest social media craze known as the "In My Feelings" challenge.

"I saw a few dentists online doing a few dance moves and doing their own routine," D'Andrea says. "And then I had a few people reach out to me, telling me that I should do it and see where things go."

The video has received millions of views, tens of thousands of likes and even more shares on social media.

"It's been great," he says of the response.

D'Andrea says he got some of his moves from his mother, who was a dance instructor.

Staff members say they couldn't be any more proud of D'Andrea's footwork. He began practicing dentistry earlier this month.
