Norwalk residents are soaking in the final days of August alongside their four-legged friends.

Taylor Farms is hosting the four-legged 4K in support of PAWS, a local no-kill animal shelter.

The event included a 4K walk as well as drinks and food to benefit a good cause.

Groomers, vets and PAWS were all on hand. PAWS brought along dogs and cats in need of a walk in the park and a forever home.

PAWS is a nonprofit and staff members say they rely on community events like this one to raise money.
