NORWALK -

The Four Legged Four-K was held Sunday at Taylor Farms dog park in Norwalk to help local no-kill animal shelter PAWS.

PAWS provides shelter and rescue to animals in need.

Because PAWS is a nonprofit, staff members say events like this benefit are extremely important.

“We rely on the public, we rely on the public for events, for donations; without the public, organizations like us couldn’t exist,” said Ellen Simmonds of PAWS.
