Police in Milford have arrested two 19-year-olds from Stratford for allegedly going through cars near East Broadway.
According to police, Jacques Smith and Rasheed Jackson both face a list of charges, including burglary and interfering with police.
They are currently being held on bond.
Police are urging residents to lock their cars and keep valuables out of sight.
