Stand Down 2018 event aims to help thousands of veterans

The Department of Labor is looking to help Connecticut's more than 200,000 veterans.
The event Stand Down 2018 will take place Sept. 21 at the CT Department of Veterans Affairs main campus in Rocky Hill.
It will offer job training and a chance to find employment.
Free bus service will be provided from various locations around the state.
