Police: Norwalk man stole car in front of home

A Norwalk man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a car.
The victim says they left their car unlocked and running in front of their home on Benedict Street on Monday around 11 a.m.
Police say they found Todd Plesants behind the wheel of that car a few hours later on Nostrum Place.
The 28-year-old has been charged with larceny.
