Stratford man arraigned after standoff with police

A Stratford man is being held without bond two weeks after a police standoff at his home.
The Connecticut Post reports Frank David was arraigned on charges of breach of peace and interfering with police.
They say, on Aug. 31, David's girlfriend called police saying he was armed and talked about dying.
Police surrounded the house, evacuating the neighbors and closing Quail Street.
He was arrested a few hours later.
