Connecticut relief groups are mounting a response for Indonesia after at least 800 were killed in an earthquake and tsunami.

Save The Children CEO Carolyn Miles says there are over 1 million people in need of relief in Indonesia.

Aside from reuniting families who have been separated and providing safe spaces for shelter, Miles says some of the biggest concerns are health and hygiene.

"You have a lot of dead people, you have a lot of dead animals, you have to worry about hygiene, all those kinds of things, and people getting sick in the aftermath," says Miles. "So, especially children and young children, keeping them healthy, providing clean water is really, really important."
