Senior centers team up for Active Aging Week

Active Aging week was celebrated in Connecticut last week to stress the importance of keeping seniors active.

Brightview Senior Living and BAYADA Home Health Care teamed up during the week to help their seniors get active.

They had a program called SPICE, which is meant to increase seniors' spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional wellness.

Residents at the senior center also competed in a senior Olympics that included balloon volleyball.
