‘The eyebrow whisper’
An eyebrow artist has been nicknamed 'the eyebrow whisper' by her clients for her unique set of skills.
Thy Tran used to be a flight attendant for seven years until she decided it was time for a change.
“I get to be home with my daughter more. I get to meet beautiful women changing one brow at a time,” Tran says.
For now, she rents out a room out in Larchmont in Westchester County, and takes clients by appointments.
“I do eyelash extensions, I do microblading, ombre powdered brows, I do my signature powdered brows where I use henna or just grooming it.”
Tran grew up in the Bronx, and says she takes in many Bronx ladies who have now named her 'the eyebrow whisperer.'
“Brows is like an accessory on your face, and I feel it really frames your face. I’m so obsessed with it because it could really change someone's look from day to night,” Tran says.
You can follow her work through her Instagram @Lashnbrowslayer.
