Stolen pumpkin anonymously returned to boy in Lindenhurst

A pumpkin stolen from the front steps of a home in Lindenhurst has been returned.
Kevin Beckmann, 6, was reunited with the 100-pound pumpkin that was stolen from him.
The pumpkin was anonymously returned with a note Tuesday night on the family's front stoop in Lindenhurst.
Kevin's family says the pumpkin disappeared on Friday night.
The pumpkin means so much to Kevin, because it was grown with love by someone special.
Kevin's grandfather grew the pumpkin for Kevin in May, shortly before he passed away.
Kevin says he is happy to have the original pumpkin back so he can use the seeds to grow new pumpkins year after year.
