Officials: Delays expected Monday morning after underground fire in Newark

Newark officials say there could be delays Monday morning as crews continue to work on an underground fire.
They say 95 percent of power has been restored downtown, but Center Street is closed from Route 21 to Broad Street.
Newark police said they received multiple calls to police and fire of smoking manhole covers around 2:45 p.m. Saturday due to a high voltage cable caught fire.
At one point, about 1,500 customers were without power, including dorms at Rutgers University and the YMCA.
