Thousands attend pumpkin festival in Stratford

Thousands of residents attended the 'Great Pumpkin Festival' in Stratford.

The annual festival was held Saturday and was hosted by the Stratford Boothe Commission.

Activities at the festival included a pumpkin-carving contest, horse-drawn hay rides and a children's costume parade.

Organizers say the event always brings the town together.

At least 3,000 people attended the festival.
