Gubernatorial candidates square off in final debate

The leading candidates for governor squared off in their final debate on the Chaz and AJ show on 99.1 WPLR Monday morning.
Chaz and AJ asked Republican Bob Stefanowski and Democrat Ned Lamont a series of yes or no questions. The two then took questions from listeners.
Topics included the state's fiscal crisis, tolls and taxes.
Their answers mirrored those in previous debates. Stefanowski vowed to phase out the state income tax, while Lamont says he'll cut property taxes.
The debate ended on a light-hearted note with the candidates playing Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots.
