Stamford poll workers 'prepared for anything' ahead of Election Day

Towns across Connecticut spent the day before Election Day gearing up for a surge of voters.
In Stamford, poll workers say they are working hard to prepare for what they expect to be large turnout.
"All hands on deck, be prepared for anything, Murphy's law," says Daniel Feighan, of the Stamford Registrar of Voters. "Sometimes things happen but hopefully smooth sailing, everything will be fine tomorrow."
This year over 70,000 people are registered to vote in Stamford, a record number in the city.
Stamford officials reminded voters that Westover School, part of the second district, is still a polling location regardless of its mold issues. Voting is being held in a separate part of the building.
