A homeless man has been sentenced to 17 years in prison for setting another man on fire.
German Umanzor admitted that he was trying to kill the 37-year-old victim last year when he set fire to the man while he was sleeping near the Glen Cove train station.
The victim's legs were so severely burned, they had to be amputated.
