Quilt of Honor Ceremony celebrates veterans in Greenwich

Veterans in Greenwich are being honored this weekend.

Residents Meg and Dave Stewart teamed with Greenwich police to have a Quilt of Honor Ceremony Saturday, recognizing eight veterans.

The Quilt of Honor's mission is to thank and remember those who have served by presenting each with a quilt made by volunteers.

Meg Stewart says her personal goal is to thank all Greenwich police veterans.
