A Torrington man is facing charges in connection to child porn possession.

Christopher Galvin, 45, of Torrington, was arrested by Shelton police on Friday Nov. 30.

Police say Galvin was arrested and charged in January and April of having sex with a 13-year-old girl.

During an investigation, police say they found naked pictures of the 13-year-old girl on Galvin's cellphone.

He is facing new charges of possession of child pornography.

Galvin was held on a $10,000 bond.
