Bridgeport man arrested after Trumbull park assault

A Bridgeport man is facing charges after a 60-year-old man was assaulted inside a Trumbull park.

Christofer Fuentes-Salguero, 18, of Bridgeport, turned himself into Milford police Monday.

Trumbull police say Fuentes-Salguero, and two other men, are accused of assaulting a man inside Twin Brooks Park back on Nov. 24.

He is facing charges of second degree robbery, second degree larceny and assault of an elderly person.

Police did not say if the two other suspects had been arrested.

He was held on $150,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 10.
