Families gather at New Canaan YMCA to celebrate Hanukkah

NEW CANAAN -

Families gathered today at the YMCA in New Canaan to celebrate Hanukkah.

Children and their families made ‘s’more’ menorahs and spinning dreidel-bots.

Families were able to enjoy cupcakes, jelly doughnuts and potato latkes.

The event also had a candle-lighting ceremony as the holiday comes to an end.

Tonight marks the eight night of Hanukkah.

Anyone who does not have a menorah and would like one can contact the Chabad of New Canaan.
