Chef's Quick Tip: Royal Icing

This week, Pastry Chef Michelle Klem from CakeSuite in Westport shows Tina Redwine how to make Royal Icing. If you have any questions, please email tredwine@news12.com.

Royal Icing

1 lb powdered sugar

2 tablespoons powdered egg white

6 tablespoons water

      

Directions: 

Mix dry ingredients together.  Add water, and beat for 1 minute on medium speed.  Keep for up to one week in a covered container.
