Shoppers rush to return gifts at CT Post Mall

MILFORD -

The hustle and bustle of the holidays didn’t stop shoppers from rushing to return unwanted Christmas gifts Wednesday at the Connecticut Post Mall.

The mall typically sees a large influx of shoppers the day after Christmas but not just for returns.

Some of the best deals are offered after Christmas.

According to the National Retail Federation, 50 percent of Americans plan to take advantage of post-Christmas sales into the new year.

They say 20 percent will use gift cards they received as gifts almost immediately during purchases.

The Connecticut Post mall is open between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.
