Police say a Roosevelt teen tossed a gun out his car window Thursday night while they were trying conduct a traffic stop.

Police say a Roosevelt teen tossed a gun out his car window Thursday night while they were trying conduct a traffic stop.
Authorities say they tried to pull over 19-year-old Cameron Morgan on East Pennywood Avenue in Roosevelt around 6 p.m.
Police say Morgan refused to stop, then observed him throw something out his window. He ended up hitting a telephone pole and a handgun was retrieved.
Morgan was scheduled to face a judge in court Friday.
