BRIDGEPORT -

Police in Bridgeport have filed new charges against a 15-year-old in connection to a Christmas night shooting.

They say the teen was re-arrested Friday for the shooting at a North Avenue gas station that hospitalized three people.

As News 12 previously reported, the boy was released to his mother after his first arrest shortly after the shooting.

Police say he is expected to be arraigned Monday but wouldn't say if he is currently being held.
