Plans are underway to redevelop a shopping site on Route 17 South in Paramus.
Almost everything is set to be demolished at the Paramus Stop and Shop property.
The grocery store will be taken down and replaced with a more modern version.
Drive-thrus, sit-down restaurants and an urgent care facility are also being considered.
Only the BP Gas Station along the highway will remain untouched.
