Norwalk teen free on bond after car crash kills motorcyclist

A Norwalk teenager is free on bond after being charged in the accident that killed a motorcycle rider in Stamford.
Police say 18-year-old Justin Foley turned left in front of a motorcycle coming the opposite direction on Tresser Boulevard in September.
The driver of the bike, 26-year-old Rene Sandoval was killed.
Foley is facing a charge for misconduct with a motor vehicle.
