Chef's Quick Tip: Hot Chocolate

This week, Chef Aarti Khosla of  Le Rouge by Aarti in Westport shows Tina Redwine how to make Hot Chocolate.

Hot Chocolate 

Ingredients 

half cup heavy cream 

half cup milk

2 pieces of chocolate 

One part dark chocolate – has to be high quality chocolate like a Ghirardelli or Callebaut

One part heavy cream one park milk

Directions:

Bring to boil a mixture of half cup milk and half cup heavy cream and pour it over 2 pieces of chocolate and stir.
