This week Chef Brian Hayslip of Fjord Fish Market shows Tina Redwine how to make various seafood recipes.
6 – 16/20 Wild Caught Shrimp (Tails Off)
2 Tbls. Butter (divided)
1 Tbls. Chopped Garlic
2 Tbls. White Wine
Fresh Lemon Juice – ½ Lemon
¼ Cup Toasted Bread Crumbs
½ Tbls. Chopped Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Spray individual casserole dish or large ramekin with non-stick spray.
Season shrimp with salt & pepper.
Place 1 Tbls. Butter, chopped garlic, white wine, lemon juice & shrimp in dish.
Melt remaining Tbls. Butter in microwave and toss with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle on top of shrimp.
Bake at 375 degrees approx. 15 minutes.
Top with chopped parsley
