Man to run Boston Marathon in honor of Sandy Hook father

A Massachusetts man will run this year's Boston Marathon in honor of a Sandy Hook father who took his own life.
Jeremy Richman was found dead in his office late last month and the medical examiner determined his death to be a suicide.
Richman lost his daughter in the Sandy Hook massacre in 2012.
When Dan Friedman, of Massachusetts, heard about what happened, he says he felt compelled to run in Richman's honor.
Since then, Friedman's been training and raising money for Richman's Avielle Foundation.
"I don't know necessarily what kind of marathon shape I'm in or not. I think because of what it's for and the meaning behind it, you know, that that really helps with kind of just, oh I got to do is put one foot in front of the other," Friedman says.
Friedman says he may have been the very last person who signed up to run this year.
The Boston Marathon is less than two weeks away.
