Police: Motive unclear in brutal attack of Stamford man

Police say a man was brutally beaten Wednesday in the South End of Stamford.

According to police, a witness captured a photo of a Hispanic man in his 40s coming from work on Ludlow St., where he was beaten by three juveniles who tried to rob him.

Police say the defenseless victim suffered a broken nose. They say the motive of the attack remains unclear.

Anyone with information in this case is asked to called Stamford police.
