Police say a man robbed a 7-Eleven at gunpoint in Holtsville early Sunday morning.
They say the robber walked into the Waverly Avenue store at around 7:30 a.m., pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded he hand over money.
Police say the worker did as he was told, and the armed robber took off on foot with the cash.

The employees and the manager of the 7-Eleven declined to speak with on camera about the robbery, but said off camera that no one was hurt.
