No Tolls CT to deliver 100K-signature petition to Gov. Lamont's office

No Tolls Connecticut is taking action against Gov. Ned Lamont's plan to implement highway tolls.
A petition containing 100,000 signatures against tolls on state highways is heading to the Capitol building Thursday.
The group says it will be hand-delivering the petition to the governor's office.
It also plans to hold a rally Thursday from 12-3 p.m.
