State police have reportedly closed their investigation and will not file any charges against six staff members at Shelton High School.
As News 12 previously reported, the school district suspended the principal, assistant principal and four other staff members six weeks ago but would not say why.
The Connecticut Post reports police were asked to investigate whether the school violated any rules on procedures for dealing with potential criminal situations.
It's not clear if the staff members will be allowed to return to school.
