Grilling tips from Chubs Meats:
HOW TO PICK STEAK:
Look for marbling. Keeps meat moist.
Salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil on each side.
Cook low and slow over indirect heat for 6-7 minutes a side for rare.
CHICKEN:
Avoid rubbery chicken by asking your butcher for a medium cut. If cutlets are too thin, they'll over cook.
BURGERS:
Push down a patty in the middle so it cooks evenly.
