Police kick off ‘Click It or Ticket’ campaign for holiday weekend

Police departments across the state and the country will be cracking down on drivers for not buckling up this Memorial Day weekend as part of the “Click It or Ticket” campaign.

Police departments across the state and the country will be cracking down on drivers for not buckling up this Memorial Day weekend as part of the “Click It or Ticket” campaign.
In Connecticut, a ticket will cost $92.
Officers say they will also be on the lookout for drunk drivers across the state.
They say if you plan on drinking, make sure to have a designated driver or use a car service.
