Man accused of driving high, wrong-way on LIE

According to police, multiple people called 911 about a car traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes near exit 70 just after midnight.

Police say a man has been arrested and is accused of driving high and going the wrong way on the Long Island Expressway.
According to police, multiple people called 911 about a car traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes near exit 70 just after midnight.
The driver, identified as Andrew Haber, 54, of New Jersey, was stopped between exits 68 and 69 in Shirley.
Police say he was driving under the influence of drugs.
