Republican chairman expected to be picked Tuesday

Connecticut's Republican Party is expected to pick a chairman Tuesday. 

Three candidates are challenging current chairman JR Romano.

Romano is being criticized after Republicans lost seats in both the Connecticut Senate and House in 2018 and failed to win back the governor's office.

Romano has served as the chairman to the Republican Party for three two-year terms after being elected in 2015.
