Jennifer Dulos' mother asks for Michelle Troconis to tell her story

Posted: Updated:

The attorney for the mother of Jennifer Dulos is asking to hear from the woman charged in connection with her disappearance.

Jennifer Dulos' mother Gloria Farber's attorney has asked for an emergency hearing for Fotis Dulos' girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, to testify in the civil suit between her and Fotis Dulos.

Troconis has also been charged in relation to the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos.

Farber is also suing Fotis Dulos for $2 million. She says she loaned him that money and it was never repaid.

This comes one day after the attorney for Fotis Dulos says he's considering appealing the judge's decision to give temporary custody of the five children to Farber.

In the decision, the judge found Farber had established a parent-like relationship with the children and returning the children to their father would have a detrimental impact on them. The judge said it was in the children's best interest to remain with their maternal grandmother.

The judge based her order in part on Fotis Dulos' refusal to testify during a hearing on Farber's motion.

The children have been staying with Farber since Jennifer Dulos disappeared two months ago.
