STRATFORD -

First responders in Stratford are saving lives with the help of Narcan.

They say when they found a 48-year-old woman fighting for her life Sunday, they were able to save her with the help of Narcan and CPR.

Supervisor for Stratford EMS Eileen Brophy says this battle is personal.

"My youngest sister has a problem and we have been trying very hard to help her over the years and this is the type of thing I hope she sees and I hope it helps," Brophy said.
