A new report warns how climate change could affect Connecticut.

The Council on Environmental Quality says the warming temperatures could reverse efforts to reduce emissions into the Long Island Sound.

Rain or snow could also lead to more surface water runoff.

The annual report also anticipates a decrease in plants and wildlife native to Connecticut.
