Connecticut state police say they are working on keeping everyone safe in the wake of this weekend's two mass shootings that left at least 29 people dead.
State police tweeted out that that there is no known threat to Connecticut that this time, but the public should remain vigilant.
State police are also offering people information on what they should do if they ever find themselves in the middle of an active shooting.
They say you have three options - run, hide, and fight.
They say if you run, you should have an escape route and keep your hands visible at all times. If you hide, stay out of the shooter's sight and lock all doors and turn off your cellphone.
They say you should fight as a last resort only, and if you do be as physically aggressive as you can.
