The speed limit in school zones throughout Norwalk is 20 miles per hour. If you're caught speeding in a school zone, the fines double.
Police are also enforcing not passing school buses.
They also say to not drive distracted, as the number of children on streets and sidewalks will increase.
The 'Slow Down Days' initiative will last a few weeks.
