16 Displaced in Norwalk fire

A fire in Norwalk Thursday left 16 people without a place to live.

A fire in Norwalk displaced 16 people.
The fire broke out at a house on Grove Street just after 7 p.m. The fire department says the flames started in the basement and quickly raced through the walls to the first floor.
The second and third floors suffered major smoke and water damage.
No one was injured in the fire. 
The Red Cross was called in to find all 16 residents a place to stay until repairs are made.
