Bridgeport police are saying it is a miracle nobody was killed when a car crashed into a business and then went up in flames Saturday morning.
It happened at Wade's Dairy Inc. on Barnum and Mill Hill avenues around 1 a.m.
Police say the driver of the car was speeding when he struck the car in front of him, causing him to lose control of the vehicle.
Investigators say the driver appeared to be high on PCP and fought with an officer. They both were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The driver will face a judge Monday.
