A 'Cars & Coffee' event was held in downtown Fairfield.

BMW of Bridgeport hosted the event at the Fairfield train station Sunday.

There was also a meet and greet with the Fairfield Police Department's four K-9s.

Jagger, Maverick, Jake and Sammy, the newest addition to the K-9 unit were all in attendance.

Sammy is certified in explosives detection, officials say.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Fairfield K-9 unit.
