Second Norwalk teen dies from injuries in I-95 crash

A second Norwalk teenager has died from injuries sustained in a car crash on I-95 in Darien that also killed one teen and injured three others.

Chase Ortiz, 19, of Norwalk, died Tuesday night at Norwalk Hospital as a result of the crash , State Police confirmed Wednesday.

Victor Emanuel Deleon, 19, of Norwalk, was pronounced dead at the scene Sunday.

Two other passengers and the driver of the car also suffered serious injuries when their Volkswagen Passat veered off the highway and hit a tree near Exit 10.

Police did not say if any charges were pending in the case.
