A vigil was held for a second Norwalk teen killed in a car crash on I-95.
Chase Ortiz, 19, died at the hospital Tuesday night two days after a car he was riding in crashed and struck a tree on I-95 in Darien.
Another teen, Victor Emanuel Deleon, 19, of Norwalk, also died at the scene, and two others were critically injured.

Ortiz was a 2019 graduate of Norwalk Early College Academy.

Police say Ortiz was sitting in the front passenger seat when the driver lost control and hit a tree between exits 9 and 10 in Darien Sunday morning.

Deleon was riding in the back seat and died at the scene.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
