Social media app TikTok has removed nearly two dozen accounts responsible for posting ISIS propaganda. The accounts reportedly use rhymes, beats and punchy delivery designed to specifically appeal to youth, according to experts. The app is the third-most installed globally, the Wall Street Journal reports.
