Walking into Sugar Bowl Luncheonette in Darien is like taking a few steps back in time.
Owner Robert Mazza says the neighborhood hangout is known throughout Darien for its old-school look, homestyle food and hundreds of decorations hanging from the ceiling for each holiday season.
